Full Instructional Design Plan: Boundaries Training
Course Description
Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM) is a large downtown Homeless Rescue Mission. 350-400 individuals spend the night every night and 800-1000 meals are served everyday. KARM also employs about 70 full and part-time staff members and has 350 committed high-impact volunteers.
The first training that I developed for them was to help establish healthy boundaries between staff/volunteers and the guests who stay at the mission. Following is a link to the full instructional design plan.
